Work provider requirements
• Minimum of three auto text messages to be sent during the repair process
• For jobs uplifted directly from the provider, the first text should be sent on the first repair stage. The recommended wording is:

• Auto email should be sent at the first repair stage
• Main screen refresh rate should be set to at least 10 minutes to check for new uplifts

General use
• Log on to ClaimWatch first thing in the morning to check for new jobs. These will be clearly visible in a red bar near the top of the page.
• If ClaimWatch is updated manually, update the system regularly throughout the day. Record all customer mobile numbers and email addresses.
• If ClaimWatch is updated by a management system, ensure all mobile numbers and email addresses are recorded in that system or added to ClaimWatch.
• Update the comments field which appears on the customer tracking page as necessary, and make use of adhoc text messages and emails to keep customers informed.
• Update the repair stage as soon as it has changed to prevent multiple autotext messages and emails being triggered.
• If you have the mobile phone column in your main screen, click the column heading to group jobs which don't have a mobile number to help you work on the telephone calls you need to make.
• Fill in the estimated completion date as early as possible as it appears on the customer tracking page, in auto text messages and emails and allows capacity counts to be calculated more accurately.
Suggestions
• Change the main screen to include the mobile phone and comments fields to show who hasn't got a mobile phone number and the comments that customers can see on their tracking page.
• Make use of the 'News Tickers' to promote bodyshop services and special offers.
