We have created an interface using XML technology which allows other applications (such as estimating and management systems) to automatically update ClaimWatch. By accepting data from other systems, we aim to eliminate double-keying and reduce unnecessary administration for bodyshops. Estimating and claims solutions provider Audatex has joined forces with softwarehouse ClaimWatch Ltd to offer AudaTrack, a web-based tracking system that enables bodyshops to save time by communicating repair status data to motorists and work providers, on-line and via text messaging and e-mail.

We are currently working on new uplift functionality allowing work providers to automatically transfer new jobs to the bodyshop via ClaimWatch. The prototype can be viewed in the demo site and is intended for future versions of ClaimWatch.
