Viccari Wheele launches ClaimWatch CV: improving administration and customer care for CV shops

Viccari Wheele has followed up the success of its ClaimWatch® system with the launch of ClaimWatch CV® . ClaimWatch CV is based on the original ClaimWatch but has been adapted to the meet the specific needs of the commercial vehicle sector. It includes newly designed graphics and a comprehensive CV database featuring hundreds of models from ten vehicle manufacturers.

ClaimWatch CV was developed after CV repairers who had become familiar with ClaimWatch thought that a similar system would help their businesses and decided to approach Viccari Wheele.

Like ClaimWatch, ClaimWatch CV is a web-based system that sits within the bodyshop's website and enables CV shops, their work providers and the policyholder/vehicle owner to track the status of their CV repair twenty-four hours a day. When a vehicle arrives at a bodyshop its details are entered into the system and its progress updated as it moves through the repair process.

The benefits are obvious:- automatic improvements in customer care levels (specifically a reduction in the number of phone-calls to the bodyshop and/or insurer) and simplified communication between all parties. And the bodyshop manager benefits as the comprehensive tracking gives a valuable overview of all repair progress.

Its unique 24/7 tracking ability aside, ClaimWatch CV features SMS text messaging (including three standard messages and the functionality to customise the standard messages and write one-off messages as necessary) and a 'one-click' operation to update the repair status of the vehicle. CV bodyshops and dealerships can also opt to have the customer-tracking page customised with individual vehicle marque branding.
