Just Car Clinics chooses ClaimWatch® vehicle tracking system
ClaimWatch Ltd is delighted that Just Car Clinics, the UK's second largest branded chain of bodyshops, has decided to install the ClaimWatch system at all 13 of its branches across the Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire region. This success confirms ClaimWatch's place as the leading communication and tracking tool for the collision repair industry.
ClaimWatch was successfully piloted at the Leeds and Wakefield branches of Just Car clinics towards the end of last year and a roll out to all the remaining 11 branches is currently underway. It is expected that all 13 branches will be benefiting from the ClaimWatch technology by the end of March.
ClaimWatch's most obvious benefit is the enhanced customer communication it provides - with research showing the auto texts delivered straight to the customer's mobile phone are particularly popular. Just Car Clinics took the decision to adopt the ClaimWatch technology in response to feedback from its customers during a recent customer satisfaction survey. The survey showed that customers really value ongoing communication through out their car's repair process.
The pilot schemes used an innovative 'auto set-up' of seven texts per customer and this enhanced communication gave great results - with both customers and staff impressed by ClaimWatch's capabilities. It is this enhanced communication that appeals to Just Car Clinics - customers are automatically kept up-to-date with their car's progress through the bodyshop whilst employees are free to get on with their other work without being side-tracked by unnecessary customer calls.

ClaimWatch: ClaimWatch is an easy to use, web-based tracking package that enables insurers, bodyshops and customers to monitor the repair status of their vehicle(s) twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, improving efficiency and customer care benefits. In essence it works like this: as soon as a vehicle to be repaired enters the bodyshop, all of its details are entered onto ClaimWatch and these are updated as the car moves through the repair process. The policyholder is given a secure ID number to enable the customer to access ClaimWatch and view the progress of his/her vehicle, whilst the insurer/work provider can view the repairs by logging onto password-protected web pages in ClaimWatch.
