ClaimWatch recruits Gary Brench to continue its drive towards insurers

ClaimWatch Ltd, creators of the ClaimWatch™ web based tracking system, has appointed Gary Brench, formerly MMA Insurance plc’s Chief Engineer, to support their ongoing work with the insurance industry. Gary joined ClaimWatch on March 1st and is focussing on introducing more insurers and repair networks to the benefits of ClaimWatch.

Gary’s role is a newly created one and is in line with ClaimWatch’s business aims and objectives – not least of which is its goal of making further inroads into the insurance market during the next eighteen months. Gary is well placed to help ClaimWatch achieve this ongoing aim and part of his remit is to ensure the system fits as well as possible into the insurance environment.

Gary obviously brings much directly relevant experience and technical expertise with him. Not only is he well known and respected throughout the insurance and body repair communities, but he also has first hand experience of establishing ClaimWatch into a repair network. In December 2003 MMA introduced ClaimWatch to its network, and repairer feedback proved policyholders were provided with a more responsive and efficient claims service as a result.

Gary says, “ClaimWatch is an excellent communication tool and stands well above its competition. It’s unusual in that it brings so many benefits to bodyshops, network managers and policyholders alike. Repairers using ClaimWatch save time by reducing phone traffic and improve their levels of customer care by keeping them informed and lowering anxiety levels.
