ClaimWatch® 'Starter' launched for lower volume bodyshops.
In response to growing interest from lower volume bodyshops, ClaimWatch Ltd has introduced ClaimWatch® Starter. Designed to offer all the benefits of ClaimWatch at a more than competitive price, Starter gives smaller repairers all the repair tracking and SMS benefits of ClaimWatch for just 50% of the standard price!
ClaimWatch and ClaimWatch Starter are simple and easy-to-use web based vehicle repair tracking systems which enable bodyshops, work providers and their customers to monitor the repair status of their vehicle 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The efficiency and customer care benefits are proven - ClaimWatch releases bodyshop staff from unnecessary customer calls and allows them to increase their productivity without increasing their working hours.
Until the release of Starter, smaller bodyshops were unlikely to invest in the technology, but now users of Starter can have up to 15 vehicles in the live database at any one time and as long as they donÕt exceed this number they will only pay £11.00 (+VAT) per week, and a £475 (+VAT) set-up fee. Bodyshops opting for Starter, but finding they need to increase their usage, can do so easily by upgrading to the standard ClaimWatch package. This gives unlimited use for just £22.00 per week per bodyshop.

ClaimWatch: ClaimWatch is an easy to use, web-based tracking package that enables insurers, bodyshops and customers to monitor the repair status of their vehicle(s) twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, improving efficiency and customer care benefits. In essence it works like this: as soon as a vehicle to be repaired enters the bodyshop, all of its details are entered onto ClaimWatch and these are updated as the car moves through the repair process. The policyholder is given a secure ID number to enable the customer to access ClaimWatch and view the progress of his/her vehicle, whilst the insurer/work provider can view the repairs by logging onto password-protected web pages in ClaimWatch.
In the two years since it was launched, ClaimWatch has gained widespread acceptance in the bodyshop industry and has recently started to gain recommendations and mandations from insurance companies.
