As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure ClaimWatch users get the most from their systems, we are now providing a facility for bodyshops to book additional training sessions, online. The current free 1 hour online training session offered with all new systems, can also be booked online.

As the network of bodyshops using ClaimWatch to track vehicles continues to grow, so has the need to ensure that our users get the best out of their system.

As a result we have now provided an easy way for any ClaimWatch user to book a telephone training session with one of our experienced trainers, online. ClaimWatch users can now access this booking page from the ‘Help’ menu in their ClaimWatch system, by selecting ‘Training’

Training can be booked in blocks of between one and three hour sessions, with one hour being provided for free with all new systems. This hour can be used to get a handle on the basics of using your ClaimWatch system effectively, to get the most out of it.

Just Car Clinics have recently won the prestigious Customer Care Award at this years Bodyshop Magazine’s Industry Awards, an achievement that was aided considerably not just because of their use of ClaimWatch, but by how they use it. As a result, existing users may still wish to book additional training, as our experience should help you to get more out of your system, such as improving the way you send SMS texts to customers.

Aside from the free hour available to all new system users, additional online training hours are charged at £60 +VAT per hour, which can be booked (and paid in advance) via credit card, online. Onsite visits can also be booked in if required for one of our trainers to visit.
