Main Repair List
Totally customisable : the main repair list is now fully customisable. Go to the Tools menu and select Main Screen Setup. You can choose which fields to show on the main repair list, what order they appear and even select which fields can be filtered.
Automatic refresh : the main repair list can automatically refresh after a specified number of minutes so users will be aware of jobs added by other users. Update the refresh rate in the Main Screen Setup page.
New Jobs Menu : there is a new Menu called Jobs, containing links to Prebooked Jobs, Finished Jobs, Delete a Job and Print Jobs
10 Day Rolling : the link to 10 day rolling figures has been removed from the Menu bar and now appears under the Tools Menu
Capacity full message : the message that is displayed when the capacity is reached and no more jobs can be added has been amended with instructions about how to increase the bodyshop capacity figure.
Filters : when you turn filters on, they will remain on until you turn them off
Pre-booking
Prebooked jobs : jobs due to start afer the current date appear in the Prebooked Jobs page which can be accessed from the Jobs menu. Prebooked jobs no longer appear in the Current jobs list and are not included in current capacity counts
Prebooking courtesy cars : courtesy cars can now be prebooked by setting a future booking out date. Return dates are now required when allocating a courtesy car so that future bookings for the courtesy car can be made.
Work provider views : the same as the bodyshop area, work providers can now view, search and filter in either Current, Prebooked or Finished Jobs.
Finished Jobs
Filters, sorts and search : as with prebooked and currents jobs, finished jobs can be filtered, searched or sorted by clicking on a column heading.
Courtesy Cars
Calendar view : under the Courtesy Cars menu, click Courtesy Car Calendar to see a calendar view of courtesy car usage between two dates.
Archiving : in order to allow greater flexibility and control when booking courtesy cars, the facility to delete courtesy car history records has been removed. However a hard copy can still be created from the Courtesy Car History screen.
Printing Jobs
Job reports : the print-friendly version of current, prebooked or finished jobs now uses the same searches, filters or sorts that you used in the main screen. In effect, this allows you to print reports of repairs jobs by work provider, status, operative or any other criteria. Click on the print icon on the tool bar or select Print Jobs On Screen from the Jobs menu.
Print all unfinished jobs : select Print Unfinished Jobs from the Jobs menu to print out all current and pre-booked jobs.
Customer information
Customer hit count : the number of times the Tracking Page is viewed by each customer is now recorded; click on the customer name in the main screen to view customer details. Please note that for jobs added before v2.2 the hit count will not be correct.
On the Customer Details screen, links to the Contact Diary are clearer
Work Provider information

Updating jobs
Customer contact reminder : if a job is updated and the repair stage moves backwards, a popup message reminds the user to notify the customer via email, SMS or the Customer Tracking page comments.

on the Edit menu there is a new item Edit Operatives. You can enter the initials of operatives working at each repair stage and record the default person for that stage
the main repair list has an Operative column (Op) which can be sorted/filtered by operative initials
when a job is added or moved to a new stage, the operative initials are automatically updated to the default operative for that stage (if there is no default the operative working on the repair is left blank)
the operative initials can be selected in the Add Repair screen or updated in the Update Repair screen
Notes, Job Reference and Estimate Reference:
bodyshops often have job/estimate reference numbers from the other systems they use. These can now be recorded in the Add Repair screen and amended in the Update Repair screen
a new Notes field has been added which is not viewable by the customer. It is not automatically over-written as the customer comments are when the repair stage changes. Notes can be added on the Add Repair screen and updated in the Update Repair screen
Notes have replaced Comments on the main repair list. A long note will be truncated but the full text can be viewed by hovering over it with the mouse
Customer comments still appear on the customer web page and can be updated in the Update Repair screen as before
Ticker messages:
the ticker messages on the Customer Tracking Page can be customised. Go to the Tools menu and choose New Tickers to add or amend existing messages
Capacity hidden:
you can indicate which Insurance Companies are not allowed to see bodyshop capacity and courtesy car availability by choosing Edit/Remove Providers from the Providers menu and ticking the 'Capacity hidden?' box
SMS and Email tracking:
ClaimWatch now offers SMS and Email tracking. In the main repair list, click on the customer name and then view Contact Diary. There is a new column for Delivery status. Email delivery status is updated when the customer opens the email (unless the customer is offline when they open the email or their mail program does not support HTML emails). SMS delivery status is updated by the SMS provider at various stages in the SMS delivery process (SMS tracking may not be available for some SMS providers). Delivery status is also visible on work provider pages
