If you have any questions, our team are ready to help. We will publish the answers on a regular basis.
25/08/04 12:24 How can we see how many vehicles are on site?
If you go to the "Tools" menu and then click on "Reports" you will see a figure at the top of the page telling you the current number of cars in the bodyshop.
08/06/04 15:39 I enter a registration then click the + sign to add a job but nothing happens?
This is a problem for users with Internet Explorer v5.0. You can work around it by hitting return instead of clicking on the + sign, but we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer which is available from the Internet Explorer website.
15/01/04 09:46 Can I find out for certain if an SMS has reached a customer?
If the delivery status of the SMS is "SMS sent" the SMS has reached the customer - this is the same as the delivery report available on some mobile phones. If the status is an error or is inconclusive, send us the customer name and mobile phone number and we can investigate further.
14/05/03 11:52 I can't add any more new jobs to ClaimWatch, what am I doing wrong?
Check the bodyshop capacity - it may have reached its limit. Go to the 'Edit' menu then 'Edit Bodyshop' and check the capacity figure.
