When you buy ClaimWatch, you buy the functionality of the latest version (see release notes for the current version). This version can be viewed and tested in its entirety within the demo site. The price includes customisation of the site to match your bodyshop colours and logos and certain features can be further customised at no extra cost e.g. the descriptions of the stages of repair.
Your suggestions and ideas for improvements to ClaimWatch are important to us and we are always keen to receive them. However, we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be incorporated. If you require amendments to the current functionality, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss and quote for them separately. It should be understood that changes made to ClaimWatch in this manner will be available to all users.
Viccari Wheele are constantly developing and improving ClaimWatch and minor upgrades will automatically be applied. Prior notification will be given. Major upgrades will be available in later versions for a subsequent fee.
